Haul-in riders must call at least 24 hours in advance to make sure arenas are available. A signed liability release form must be signed and verified on file with our office.

Clinicians must have Westar Ranch listed as additionally insured on their liability issurance. This must also be verified and kept on file with our office.

**Requests for clinic reservations MUST be started at least 1 month prior to actual date of clinic.
